1. Troubleshoot for possible causes.

• Review your account activity for any stop-outs, which occur when trades are closed automatically due to insufficient account balance or when the margin falls below the required level.

2. Secure your account.

If the issue is not related to stop-outs, take immediate action:

• Change your passwords:
  • Change your MetaTrader 4 or MetaTrader 5 passwords, client portal password, and the password for the email account linked to your trading account.

• Enhance your security:
  • Enable two-factor authentication (2FA) in your client portal for additional protection.
