How do I update my password for the client portal?
If you need to change your client portal password, you can do so through a browser on your computer.
Step 1: Log in to the client portal.
Step 2: Click on "profile" in the menu.
Step 3: Select "security management".
Step 4: Click the "modify" button in the password section.
Step 5: Tap "send code" to receive a verification code at your registered email address.
Step 6: Enter the verification code and create your new password.
Password requirements:
- Must be at least 8 characters long.
- Must include at least one uppercase letter, one lowercase letter, one number, and one special character (e.g., !, @, #, $, etc.).
For security purposes, password changes may require additional verification.
