How do I change or reset the password for my demo account?
To change or reset your demo account password, please follow these instructions:
- Log in to your client portal.
- Select "account" from the menu.
- Go to the demo account section.
- Click on the gear icon and choose "change password".
To change your password:
Enter your current password, then set and confirm your new password. Click "change password" to save your changes.
If you forgot your password:
Click on the “forgot password” button. You will receive an email with instructions to reset your password.
Important: Always ensure your password is secure and avoid sharing it with others. For your security, we recommend using a strong, unique password.
