What is a Company Account?
A Company Account is specifically designed for businesses and corporations. Unlike an Individual account, a Company Account is registered in the name of a business entity rather than a single person. This account allows businesses to manage their trading activities and funds on behalf of the company.
Document required for a Company Account:
- Certificate of incorporation
- Proof of identity (POI) and proof of address (POA) for all directors (dated within the last 3 months)
- Company proof of address (POA) (dated within the last 3 months)
- Company bank statement
- Execution pack
