What does it mean when my deposit status is "Submitted to Third Party"?
When your deposit is marked as "Submitted to Third Party," it means that the transaction is being processed by the third-party payment provider. During this time, we ask for your patience as we await the funds to be credited to your trading account.
Once the funds are successfully received, the status will update to "Successful."
If the transaction is unsuccessful or there are any issues, the status will change to "Failed."
